End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and True Form Games (the "Licensor") for the software product “ “(the "Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy, or otherwise use the Software.

1. Grant of License.

3. Termination.

This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty.

The Software is provided "as is" and the Licensor makes no express or implied warranties, representations, or conditions with respect to the Software, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement

5. Limitation of Liability.

In no event will the Licensor be liable to you for any damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the Software, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use.

Governing Law.

This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].

7. Entire Agreement.

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

8. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from this EULA and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

9. Waiver.

No waiver of any provision of this EULA will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

10. Notices.

All notices and other communications hereunder will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

11. Headings.

The headings in this EULA are for convenience only and will not affect its interpretation.

This EULA may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.
